I love the Hogwarts Rent girls! That actually reminds me of a fanfiction where the Rent characters were going to Hogwarts. I haven't read it in a while, I wonder how that turned out. I agree with the houses too. Joanne is smart like Ravenclaws, Mimi is brave with her whole "no day but today" spiels, Angel is loyal and caring like the Hufflepuffs, and Maureen has ambition like Slytherins. I like the icons too. You never really see many Benny or Joanne icons out there. I love Need 2 Express!! They're hilarious, and I'm so glad the owner came back.

I think I know what you're talking about. But I haven't read it... I probably should. I don't know why I haven't.
And I know it. Benny and Joanne get no love. Aah well. What can you do? Make you're own icons. :]
I know xD Marks scarf thing. I died laughing reading that. But I went there just the other day and I hadn't been there in a while and I was like Wow they have new ones up. Yippy! It was exciting. Mark and Rogers Halloween costumes = <3

Ah, it's an okay fanfiction. Maureen has an owl and of all things, she named it Elphie. Didn't see that one coming. Last year I really got into making icons, but they all kind of stunk because I just have Paint, and then there's a Photoshop on the computer, but I don't know how to do anything with that except make things brighter/darker and different coloring. But if I could make better ones (or even just felt like making icons again) I'd show them some love. I died reading the Halloween one too. At first I thought they were just the Mad Hatter and the Hare, and then I was like, "Hmm... you know, that doesn't look as much like the Hare as it does something else..."

xD actually that reminded me Wizard of Oz was on today. And I was like Hmm I could so do like a Rent thing of this. And make Maureen the Wicked Witch of the West. And then I laughed and laughed and laughed... ;]
I have paint and this photo editer thing Image Zone plus or something. I don't have photoshop. I wish I did... But nope.
xD Yeah thats what I was like too. And I liked the one when Mark put a sheet over him to dress up as Aprils ghost. That was halarious.
Ugh I was going to say something but I forgot. >> << >> I was going to say it last post too but I forgot then... blah. Oh I don't know if this is it and this really has nothing to do with this but this is my thread so whatever... but I was on youtube watching the 10th anniversery clips. Have you seen them? Have you seen Wilson and Jesse doing I'll Cover You? That was soo funny. :] I don't know if thats what I wanted to say though...

lol. Love the inspiration. And speaking of which, someone actually came up with a Wizard of Oz Rent fic too. I don't know if they ever actually wrote it, because their first chapter was just a cast list, and let's see.... Angel was Glinda, Maureen was the Wicked Witch, I think Mimi was Dorothy? Mark was the Tin Man, Roger was the Scarecrow, Collins was the Lion, Benny was the Wizard, and then the person ran out of characters so poor Joanne was a flying monkey. I was always wondering how that would turn out... The April's ghost one is probably my favorite, along with "Hey Collins, I like your new chick. I'd do her." I love the Rent 10 stuff! I have it on DVD. And I love Wilson and Jesse. They're so funny/cute/amazing throughout the entire show. I'll Cover You was amazing. They just have the best chemistry, and they always have so much fun, even if Jesse can't remember how fast Wilson is. Have you seen 'You Okay Honey?' on there? That's another great song between them. I love when Wilson totally squeals, "OOOOOH, we'll get along fine!"

Well acutally I was thinking sort of differently. I think I had Maureen as the Wicked Witch, Mimi as Dorthy, Collins as the Scarecrow, Angel as the Tin Man, Roger as the Lion, Benny as the Wizard. And I was this close to making Mark Glinda just for my amusment but didn't give him or Joanne anyone because I didn't want to run out. *Nods* But I think I did it that way because they all already do have what they want so thats the way I made it. Like Collins is smart, Angel has a heart and Roger has courage. *Nods*
xD that was halarious "You know this is Angel right?" "..Oh. Yeah...."
You do!? OMG like tape it and mail it to me. ;_; Although I basicly watched it all on youtube. It's halarious. My sister was watching it over my shoulder and I was like "Try to pick out the part that actually isn't in the song." And Over the Moon classic. And then all the Tidina-ness going on in it. But I was reading like the comments from people and they were being all mean about Daphne and Freddi. And said they weren't that good. That made me angry. *Shrugs* >> << >>

Oh, that makes sense as well. And Mark in a pink Glinda dress is an absolutely hysterical image. XD Have you ever seen a picture of Anthony Rapp as Hedwig in 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch'? He's pretty freaky looking.
I remember Rent 10 used to have a completely video on Google video, though I don't know if it's still there.
I'd totally copy the DVD and send it if I knew how to. But my normal computer is reallly old and doesn't have a DVD rom drive with it's CD drive like most computers these days do. I spent $70 on my copy, and I know people are just trying to protect the amount of money they spent on tickets, and that the show isn't really supposed to be availible, but I say, we're all Rentheads, and we're all starving artists so we shouldn't have to pay to see it. I know some people spent like $200 on copies.
I thought Daphne and Fredi were fine. Although... okay, well, I liked Daphne better ten years ago, but leave the poor woman alone. I just hate it when people are mean to the actors

xD I know. I was so close to making him Glinda and if I could draw I so would draw that. But I'm not so good at drawing... Maybe I'll try though. Yeah, yeah I have seen him in that. Youtube again. ^__^ I love it though. And him in it. Although I like Anthony in almost anything. Which reminds me... have you seen the Law and Order episode he was in? I haven't seen it and I was just reminded because I saw the one Wilson was in today...
I doubt it's still there but I should look. Aha wow $200? Ooh o.o I'd rather just stick with the youtube even if I do have to click for different videos and what not. But it has mostly all of it I'm sure.
But I love Daphne. She's like one of my favorite people ever. I think I just like her to much to judge I think thats probably it. *Shrugs* I dunno...

Well, if you know how to do it with photo editor, you could always photo-in Anthony's head over a picture of Glinda. Sort of like that one person on the rentsecrets community on LJ (I can give the link if you don't know it). I started laughing so loudly in the middle of the room when I saw that one secret where Anthony's head is photoshopped onto a pretty bride's dress. No, I haven't seen Anthony's yet. I'm always gone somewhere whenever it's on. I really wish someone would put that on Youtube. Like I've seen Wilson's, and then the next time it was on, the cable went out, but someone put it on YouTube shortly so everything was good. Hey, do you watch regular Law and Order with Jesse? I missed the preview for this weeks show, but apparently he's screaming and he's got his gun and he's gonna be a serious badarse or something... I can't wait. And then Taye's new show comes on this Wednesday, so I'm going to see what that's like. I've also tried watching Anthony on Kidnapped, but since they moved it to Saturday night, it's been pretty inconvienient. I saw one episode of him on it and it was just so weird. The only thing with YouTube was that I'd saved the links of just about every song during the summer, and then they all got taken down. And then they all came back up, and then they all got taken down again. And I checked Google Video, and the full Rent 10 is gone too, just a few songs are on there. I think on vidilife.com they've got a couple videos, I don't know. My mom has this total hate against Daphne. Like I'll be sitting there watching her sing Out Tonight at Rent 10 and my mom comes over like, "Eww, doesn't she look gross! Where's she going with that voice!" Daphne's really just an aquired taste though. Like, for Mimi, I think she's great, and I think she was in Rocky Horror too, but for more classical type musicals or whatever, I don't know how she'd fair. Like in the Les Mis revival. I'm really curious as to how she'll be in that. Though first I guess I have to actually see/listen to Les Mis.

xD No I haven't seen that. Give me the link that sounds halarious. ^^
And I usually only watch the reruns of Law and Order. *Shrugs* I can't wait for Taye's show. I think it looks interesting and I love him <3. And no I haven't seen that Kidnapped show because I missed it and the next time I tried to watch it it wasn't on. On Saturday? What time? do you know?
On Youtube I was sad because Christmas Bells doesn't work for me and thats like one of my favorite parts so that was sad. Except I found a place on Myspace that has it on there so that made me happy.
xD My mom for some reason really doesn't like Jesse. And I don't know why it's crazy. But she hates him on Law and Order and when I was watching the I'll Cover You on youtube she was like "Eww Jesse Martin. I hate him." I don't get why. I didn't think anyone could hate him... I love him <3. Yeah the Les Mis thing might be pretty interesting with Daphne in it. We'll see...

It's at www.livejournal.com/community/rentsecrets. It's one of my favorite places ever. They make my Fridays. My favorite one is this comic strip thing called "The Weekly Adventures of Jesse L. Martin." They're amazing. Kidnapped is on at 9 p.m. (central) on Saturday. I'm not sure if they'll be continuing the show much after this season. It's not really a show I can get into. I just sit there waiting for Anthony, and then I'll go do something while I'm waiting, and then he'll come on, and I'll rush back screaming "Anthoneeeee!" I love Christmas Bells too. I know that it'd never work in the film, but I really wish the film would have sung all the songs on the OBCR anyway. I'd love to hear that and Happy New Year. And Contact. I remember I read this really depressing version of the Rent script that some college kid studying film made, and what happened in Contact was that Angel went on the balcony after having some intamacies with Collins, did his little "Take me..." thing, and then died. It was absolutely terrible. What? She doesn't like Jesse? *gasp* I love that man too. Like, he always makes you smile, and whenever he laughs during Rent I just laugh right along with him. That's interesting. But hey, everyone has different opinions then, just like my mom hates Daphne. So my mom was just watching some Hollywood news show, and Taye Diggs just got named the 6th Sexiest Guy of 2006. Not bad. I can't wait to watch his show tomorrow night.

Awesome. ^__^
xD That sounds like something I'd do if I watch something just for a person or something like that. *Shrugs* It happens.
Like Contact is a really cool song and I like it but then I always get sad because Angel dies after it so you can't really get so much into it. But it is a song that can get stuck in you're head very easily. Trust me I know. ;]
I don't know why she doesn't like him. I love Jesse. I think she's insane but whatever. xD
Ooh he did? I love Taye as well. He is pretty hot. I can't wait to see his show either. It looks pretty interesting. Hopfully it is. ^__^

If I'm listening to the entire soundtrack then I'll listen to all of Contact, but if I'm just picking random songs to listen to, then I have to stop Contact the moment Angel stops singing. The rest is just too upsetting. Oohkay, so who watched Taye's show? *raises hand* I was on the computer talking to my friend just before it came on, so I was hurrying and telling her than I had to go watch it, but I wasn't really paying attention to what I was writing so I told her I had to go watch "Tayebreak." XD I love it. It's so what I'm referring to that show as. Anyway, I thought the show was pretty interesting. I normally don't watch shows like that, so it's a lot different. However, I think it's good for a season, but if they made it to a second season, I don't know what they'd do-- maybe have him relive another day 13 times? My mom didn't like the show at all. She said it was too confusing, and that he'd be better off getting on an established show like Law and Order. To which I said no, because that's Jesse's show, but hey, Jesse and Taye on the same show would be fun. But yeah. I think I just have to get into it. It wasn't all that bad. But I really don't like that girl who played Rita. I don't know what it was, but I just found her really annoying. And it wasn't because she was with Taye, because I still love Idina. I just thought her character was so bland.

I like Contact. At first I actually didn't because it was kind of weird and you know how durring the show they have that light shining. Well me and my step dad were sitting right in the middle so we couldn't really see what was going on. But other then that I like it now... *Shrugs*
xD Tayebreak I love it. It's the new name for the show.
I didn't really get what was going on. I was sort of flipping between that Top Chef and South Park so I mean I might of missed some things. Maybe thats why I didn't really get what was going on. But I mean the premiss sort of reminds me of Groundhogs day... but I don't know.
Ooh the Jesse Taye show! I like it... should try to pitch it to NBC or something like that. ;p
